8 March 2018 Open lecture on the legal principles of cybersecurity in National Aerospace University n. a. N. E. Zhukovsky “KhAI”, Kharkiv, Ukraine
On March 6, 2018, at the Department of Computer Systems, Networks and Cybersecurity of National Aerospace University n. a. N. E. Zhukovsky "Kharkiv Aviation Institute", Ukraine an open lecture on the legal principles of cybersecurity with the participation of law lecturers from the Tallinn Technical University, Estonia. The event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus + HRLAW project of the European Union. The lecture was attended by students and post-graduate students of theDepartment of Computer Systems, Networks and Cybersecurity (503) and students of the first year of the department of law (702). The issues of the actual legal framework in the field of cyber security, adaptation of the European Union's right to existing challenges in the field of information security, national regulations in the field of e-commerce, privacy protection, etc. were considered.

7 March 2018 The Schools on Law and Law on Digital Technologies were held in Kharkiv, Ukraine
The School of Law on Digital Technologies were held at the Yaroslav Mudry National Law University. The lecture part of the school was held from March 5 to 7, 2018 in Ukrainian and English. Topical issues of law in the digital age were discussed with lawyers and IT specialists, academics, teachers and practitioners from Tallinn (Estonia), Vilnius (Lithuania), Vancouver (Canada), Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa. The main topics of the spring school were: artificial intelligence and the legal profession, cybersecurity, e-government, digital human rights, cryptocurrencies and blockchain, open source data, e-commerce and electronic evidence, legal regulation and taxation in IT, intellectual property protection, jurisdictional determination and conflict of law, online dispute resolution.

31 october 2017 Visit of Ukrainian and Moldovan project participants to the UK and Ireland
During the visit, Ukrainian and Moldovan developers of the master’s and doctoral courses had an excellent opportunity to meet their Irish and British colleagues and study the structure and curricula of the courses on Human Rights at the hosting universities.

15 october 2017 Preventive monitoring of HRLAW project by NEO Ukraine
In the context of the continuous monitoring of the Erasmus+ programme, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) has developed a comprehensive field monitoring policy. The preventive monitoring of Erasmus + HRLAW project will be held in Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

10 October 2017 Launch event of HRLAW in Ukraine during Kharkiv International Legal Forum
During the work of the Kharkiv International Legal Forum, a joint roundtable “The Policy of Academic Integrity: The Experience of EU and US Universities” was held, with the participation of the manager of USAID “New Justice” project Artem Shaipov. The first speaker was Prof. Thomas Rice (University of Washington and Lee, USA), who presented the codes of academic integrity, traditional American for universities, investigation procedures and closed hearings in the event of violations of domestic regulations and rules. Erasmus+ HRLAW project was represented by Viktor Kordas, Lennart Ståhle and Lennart Johansson (Royal Institute of Technology); Tanel Kerikmäe, Kristi Jõemets (Tallinn University of Technology); Oleksandr Chastnyk, Inesa Shumilo, Volodymyr Stetshenko, Olena Uvarova (National Law University); Konstiantyn Danko, Andriy Sviashchuk (National Aerospace University “KhAI”).

September 21, 2017 Visit of NLU lecturer to KTH and Swedish Higher Education Authority
Oleksandr Komarov (National Law University) attended the conference “Human rights in higher education” (Conference about human rights; men’s violence against women and domestic violence; and violence towards children), which took place in Stockholm on September 19-20, 2017. The conference was organized by Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) in collaboration with Karolinska institutet (KI). During the conference, a report, written by the UKÄ, in cooperation with researchers from Karolinska Institutet (KI) and representatives from the European Students’ Union (ESU), was presented. The report examined ways in which higher education institutions in Sweden work to ensure that students in medicine and social welfare develop knowledge and skills necessary for protecting human rights.

May 2017 Visit of TUT delegation to Kharkiv
Dr. Tanel Kerikmäe, Director of Tallinn Law School and Archil Chochia (Tallinn University of Technology) visited National Law University. During the meeting with the Rector Vasyl Tatsii, Vice-Rector Iurii Barabash and project team, they discussed Erasmus+ HRLAW. The Rector informed the representatives of the consortium coordinator that NLU administration fully supports the projects and is ready to implement project goals and objectives in the NLU curriculum to the full extent. Dr. Tanel Kerikmäe presented the developments in higher education and research in Estonia and organizational aspects of doctoral studies in Estonia. The parties decided to extend the project activities to the implementation of the joint master’s programme “Law and Technologies”, which would allow the students to get both Ukrainian and Estonian degrees. During the meeting with NLU students, Dr. Tanel Kerikmäe presented a lecture “Artificial Intelligence and Law”; the guests also visited the new library and learning center of NLU.

April 2017 Visit of NLU official delegation to KTH
The visit of National Law University delegation (First Vice-Rector Iurii Bytiak, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Iurii Barabash, Head of Department of International Relations Oleksandr Chastnyk) to Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) took place during March 26-30, 2017. During the visit, the Ukrainian team discussed the HRLAW project developments with KTH project coordinator Victor Kordas and KTH project team. Former Deputy Director of Swedish Higher Education Authority Lennart Ståhle made a detailed presentation on Swedish higher education system. Ukrainian and Swedish colleagues discussed of doctoral programmes structure and content; elaborated plan for establishing office of student ombudsman (OSO) by project WP1. Ukrainian team also met KTH faculty and university administration in order to extend cooperation network.

December 8, 2016 Kick-off meeting in Tallinn Technical University
The kick-off meeting of the participants of Erasmus+ HRLAW project took place on December 5-7, 2016 at Tallinn University of Technology (TUT). Dr. Tanel Kerikmäe, Director of Tallinn Law School (TUT) informed the participants about agenda of the meeting and about the history of Tallinn Law School. HRLAW project national Ukrainian coordinators Dr. Artem Boyarchuk and Dr. Kostiantyn Danko National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” talked about the project tasks, detailed work plan, and the management structure.
