24 September 2009 MASTAC Final Conference
21-23 September all Ukrainian and European project participants has carried out Final conference for the Tempus-MASTAC project. Prof. Peter Popov (City), Prof. Alex Yakovlev (Newcastle), Dr. Elena Troubitsina and Dr. Linas Laibinis (Turku) have attennded the conference in Kharkov and Khmelnitskiy. The local TV company "OTB", Kharkov has made a 15-min TV-subject about this session and showed it 3 times in October. The student body (about 120 persons) and academic staff (about 40 persons) has shown big interest for the event. All course materials were presented by the respective author.

16-25 July 2009 Quality control visit to City and Newcastle
Local project coordinator, Prof. V. Kharchenko, and key KhAI expert, Dr. V. Sklyar have made the quality control visit to City University London and Newcastle Univesity in order to give the developed course materials for qualified review of UK stakeholders and discuss the possible ways of improving the produced curriculum.

24-29 October 2008 Guest lectures to KhAI
The invited lecturer from Abo Academy University, Dr. Elena Troubitsina have arranged the set of lectures for the target group of students from the department of Computer Systems and Networks, KhAI in order to present the latest achievements on Formal Methods and B-nonations.

19-29 July 2008 Study visit to Turku
Key academic staff from National Aerospace University and National Khmelnitskiy University were attended the project workshops in Abo Academy University. The aim of the workshops was to present the developed master and doctoral courses and related materials and to get the feedback from invited Finnish experts on dependability and fault tolerance.

4-8 May 2008 Dissemination visit to Leipzig
The group of Ukrainian academic staff (Prof. V. Kharcehnko, Mr. A. Andrashov, Dr. O. Pomorova, Mr. Chris Phillips) has attenede the dissemination event in Leipzig, Germany where all project outputs were presented for wide education and science community.

10-13 March 2008 Guest lectures in KhAI
The project group has organized the set of guest lectures done by local coordinator from City, Prof. Peter Popov for the students of target groups, KhAI. The key course developer from KhNU, Dr. O. Pomorova has attended the lecures and round tables too.

17-28 January 2008 Study and dissemination visit to Newcastle
The group of Ukrainian participants has arranged the study visit to Newcastle and integtated it with the comprehensive set of dissemination events held in Newcastle university at the same time. The up-to-date progress, current achievements and forthcoming developments were presented and discussed with IT community of UK partners.

7-16 November 2007 Study visit to Turku
The key course developers from Ukrainian partner institutions (Prof. V. Kharchenko, Dr. A. Gorbenko, Dr. O. Tarasyuk, Dr. O. Pomorova, Mr. Chris Phillips) have coincided the coordination meeting and third study visit to Abo Academy University, Finland.

2-15 July 2007 Second study visit to Newcastle and City
The group of Ukrainian academic staff from the department of Computer Systems and Networks, KhAI and Department of System Programming, KhNU (Prof. V. Kharcehnko, Dr. A. Gorbenko, Dr. V. Sklyar, Dr. A. Gordeev, Dr. A. Volkovoy, Dr. O. Pomorova, Mr. A. Boyarchuk) has made the second study visit to Newcastle University and City University, London to get the required materials and papers for MSc and PhD courses to be developed.

12-23 February 2007 First study visit to Newcastle
The group of Ukrainian academic staff from the department of Computer Systems and Networks (Prof. V. Kharcehnko, Dr. O. Tarasyuk, Dr. A. Gorbenko, Mr. A. Boyarchuk) has made the installation study visit to Newcastle University to get the required materials and papers for MSc courses to be developed.

5-8 October 2006 Coordination meeting in Kharkov
The project implementation team has arranged the kick-off meeting in National Aerospace University, Kharkov with invitation of all key project partners: Mr. Chris Phillips, Mr. Peter Popov, Mr. Alexandr Romanovsky, Mr. Linas Laibinis. The first year workplan wsa drafted, the dates of joint events were agreed.
